WBHO CIVIL know that our greatest asset is our people. We recognise that without them, our company would not exist. Indeed, our whole growth strategy has been built around providing opportunities and career paths to our people.

Vince Princi – Chairman

Vince is one of the founding directors of WBHO CIVIL in 1987. He has been involved in civil construction since 1979 and has been chairman of WBHO CIVIL since 1990.

Will Grobler – Managing Director
Will has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and experience in the civil construction industry since 1991. Will joined WBHO CIVIL at the beginning of 2007 after being involved in a variety of major civil construction projects across Southern Africa.

Mark Blayney – General Manager – Pilbara

Mark has been involved in civil construction projects across WA since 1993 giving him extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. Mark was managing director of Carr Civil Contracting since 2002 and is currently General Manager of WBHO Civil Pilbara Region and has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours, Civil) and a Masters of Business Administration (Technology Management).

Michael Librizzi – General Manager – Midwest

Michael has been involved in major resource developments across Western Australia since 1996 through his involvement with equipment management and civil earthmoving companies. Michael has completed Diplomas in Project Management, Civil Construction, Business Management and Marketing and holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety.

Tim Creighton – General Manager – Perth & South West

Tim has been involved in construction projects across Western Australia from 1991 and has been with WBHO CIVIL since 1999. Tim has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University in Perth.

Mike Juffermans – Divisional Manager – Maintenance Services

Mike has worked in the industry in both projects and maintenance since 1983. As the Divisional Manager of the WBHO CIVIL Maintenance Division he offers sound knowledge and experience, good service and attention to detail.
