WBHO Civil has an underground service division that specializes in providing the infrastructure for telecommunication network supply. WBHO Civil communication division operates state-wide conducting repairs, maintenance and providing new installations to the Telstra copper and optic fibre network.

The company also specializes in providing other underground services infrastructure.
